2. How do I enroll in a program?
To enroll, browse our programs page, select the program you’re interested in, and click the “Pre-Register” button. The pre-registration portal will guide you through the next steps.

3. Are the programs self-paced?
Our programs are live courses with a dedicated live instructor to assist you with any questions or concerns while you navigate through the educational process. 

4. What is the duration of the courses?
Program durations vary. You can find specific information on the programs page, including the estimated time to complete.

5. Do I receive a certificate upon completion?
Yes, upon successfully completing a program, you will receive a certificate of completion that you can share on LinkedIn or include in your resume.

6. What are the technical requirements to take a program?
You’ll need a reliable internet connection and a device (which will be supplied by the school) that can access our online platform. Specific software requirements will be listed in each program description if any.

7. Is there a refund policy?
Yes, we do have a refund policy which can be found in the school catalog and attached to the school enrollment agreement.

11. Can I take multiple courses at once?
Our courses are specially designed to prepare students for career ready opportunities and require a focused effort to achieve the best results.  We recommend only taking one course at a time but definitely support continuing your education. 

12. How do I access course materials?
Once you’re enrolled in a program, you can access course materials through your student dashboard. Upon funding approval you will receive your course credentials giving you access to materials such as PowerPoint lectures, reading assignments, quizzes, and discussion forums.
